Every HempOS tier already manages real compliance records. The Vendor Network is the layer that connects them — turning each tier's documents into a structured, discoverable graph so retailers can find brands, brands can prove themselves to retailers, and manufacturers can push verified proof downstream.
Vendor Network Membership is included with every paid HempOS plan. Strategic partners — labs, manufacturers, parent companies — may be invited by HempOS admins. Public free signup is not available.
Retail still manages products. Brand still manages proof. Manufacturing still controls the chain. The network just makes each of those connect to the others.
A PDF in a folder helps nobody. HempOS reads the document, pulls every structured field, and links it to a vendor, a product, a batch, and the retailers using it.
Every uploaded COA becomes a node in the graph. Vendors, products, batches, labs, licenses, expirations, and retailer connections all link together.
Retailers need products they can verify quickly. With HempOS Vendor Network, your business uploads COAs, licenses, product records, and batch documents once, then securely shares them with retailers and brands that need inspection-ready proof.
Find Members, request missing documents, and import COAs directly into your HempOS product records. Vendor documents stay tied to products, batches, QR pages, and audit packets so your shop can stay inspection-ready.
It watches document completeness, COA expiration risk, license status, batch reuse, missing records, and vendor response patterns so shops and suppliers can fix documentation problems before they become inspection problems.
0–100 score per vendor based on COA completeness, expiration rate, license status, batch records, and response speed.
Vendor and connected retailers all get notified when a shared COA is approaching expiration.
File hash + lab report number + batch matching catches reused or substituted COAs across the network.
Retailers request the missing file once. Vendor uploads once. Every connected retailer can pick it up.
Vendors see which retailers used their docs and which products those docs are attached to.
Green / yellow / red signals per vendor in your network — by document freshness, license status, and unresolved requests.
There is no separate Vendor Network subscription, no free vendor tier, and no public signup. Active HempOS customers become Members automatically when their setup payment is processed. Strategic partners — labs, manufacturers, parent companies — may be invited directly by HempOS administrators.
Pick a plan that matches your role — Retail, Multi-Location, Brand, or Manufacturing. Setup payment activates your Vendor Network Membership automatically. No second signup, no review queue, no waiting.

Contact HempOSMember status = active participant in the HempOS ecosystem (paid customer or invited partner). It is not an approval, endorsement, or compliance guarantee.
Vendor Network Member means an active HempOS customer or an invited strategic partner who can publish and exchange records through the network. HempOS does not approve, endorse, or guarantee product legality, product quality, lab accuracy, license validity, business legitimacy, or regulatory outcomes. Members remain responsible for their own compliance review and business decisions.
Future trust signals — such as Compliance Score, Trusted Vendor, Preferred Vendor, or document health indicators — are separate from Membership and may be introduced later based on real network activity. Membership today is a participation status, not a quality badge.
